p-Adic Reaction-Diffusion Systems and Turing Patterns
Ponente(s): Carlos Alberto Garcia Bibiano
In this talk, we will study reaction-diffusion systems and Turing patterns in the p-adic context. First, we will describe the form of reaction-diffusion systems and the conditions that these systems must meet to generate Turing patterns in the real context. Afterwards, we will present the p-adic version of reaction-diffusion systems and the conditions that these systems must meet to produce Turing patterns. Later, we will analyze FitzHugh-Nagumo and Schnakenberg systems in the p-adic context and establish criteria for the existence of Turing patterns in these systems, respectively. Finally, we will present numerical simulations of the results obtained.
